About reporting
When you submit a report, it is handled with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days, confirming that your report has been safely received. After this, an initial assessment is carried out to determine the nature, urgency and appropriate follow-up steps.
When an investigation is required, it will be conducted by a designated and impartial party. You will be informed of the outcome and any follow-up measures within three months of submitting your report. If the investigation requires more time, this period may be extended once by a maximum of three extra months, in line with legal requirements. In such cases, you will be informed in a timely manner. Throughout the process, your confidentiality is safeguarded and protection against retaliation applies at all stages.
